With the capacity to comfortably accommodate up to 120 guests, our spacious open-air venue provides an unforgettable experience of lush greenery and towering trees. For those seeking a more intimate setting, the surrounding forested areas offer secluded spaces perfect for smaller gatherings. Located on a picturesque acreage in Sooke, our venue captures the essence of our local landscapes, creating a magical setting for your special day.
Reception
Celebrate your union with the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern flexibility.
Our outdoor wedding reception space offers the capacity to accommodate a 20 x 60 ft. tent, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere where guests can dine, dance and explore the surrounding grounds at their leisure. We optionally supply beautiful rustic harvest tables for your reception dinner, along with whisky barrels, a wood bar and other rustic decor items, but the layout is entirely up to you. Whether you are bringing in your own small catering team, using a food truck vendor or DIY-ing it, our venue accommodates seamless preparation and execution with dedicated prep spaces. Whether you envision a traditional setup or something uniquely your own, this space is available for you to bring your dream wedding reception to life.

Charlie’s Cabin provides a rustic retreat for up to 8 guests, featuring log work and a warm fireplace, perfect for relaxation or as a getting-ready space.
Perch Cabin, high on the property offers stunning views of the inner Sooke basin, accommodating two. Serving as a serene spot to prepare for your special day also with a cozy fireplace and outdoors firepits at both cabins.
We are happy to offer recommendations nearby if you require accommodations for a large group.

Afternoon Elopement
Your choice of weekday afternoon (11am to 4pm) ceremony location for up to 30 people.
Weekend Wedding
Your choice of ceremony and reception locations for up to 120 people, plus two-night stay* at both Charlie’s Cabin and Perch Cabin.
